As a wholesale customer, your orders are shipped directly to you. You will deal with the logistics of warehousing stock and fulfilling your own customers direct.
• DropShip Account.
DropShip Account holders process their orders through our site by using the same login. Once you login you will be prompted to enter either our wholesale price structure or our dropship section of our site. The goods are sent by us direct to your customer. We only offer one way to dispatch orders, simply under your name and your details. That is all that will appear on the customer delivery note. They will never know that it was Queensway who sent out your order to them.
• No Minimum Order Quantities.
Once you have created an account at Queensway you can order anything at any time, there is no minimum order quantity. We will simply ship to you one product; if that is all that you require, or dropship one item to a customer on your behalf, if that is all that you need. We want you, the trader, to grow with us as we grow in our range of services we can offer you and range of products that we will be bringing to your stores and to your shops.
• Next Day Delivery.
We aim to keep everything in stock at Queensway. As long as your order is placed before 2.00.pm, we should be able to ship your orders out from our warehouse to you, for next day delivery. This will work for both wholesale and dropship orders.
Please understand that from time to time there will be some stock that will not be available, due to circumstances beyond our control. If it says out of stock on our site, then generally it will be. To be sure please call the office on 0121 212 1676.
• Competitive Pricing.
At Queensway we are the exclusive distributor for most of the brands that we carry. There are some brands that other wholesalers in the UK will carry. We can guarantee that we can beat their prices. • Catalogues and Information Packs.
We carry a full range of corporate and company brochures on all the brands that we carry. We can provide you with posters, POS, gift bags etc where possible. We want to give you all the tools you require to help you sell our products.
• Easy Populate Files for Quick Upload of Products.
We carry a CSV easy upload file for webstore owners. This is the quickest and easiest way to upload all our products in one bulk file. For further information please contact our offices.
• High Resolution Image Discs, 3 –D Images and Videos.
Queensway can send to you a free image disc of all product images. They are all high resolution images and taken from multiple angles to enhance your sales. The reality of this is that it can’t always be guaranteed, either because of supplier issues or simply that we have sold out in that category.
