A. Yes, alternatively, you can request an image CD containing all of our images by clicking the tab at the top of the page.
Q. Do you offer an easy populate file so that we can add all of your products at once without having to add them one by one?
A. Yes, simply click on the resources tab at the top of the page then just click the link to download an easy populate file, then click save. If any problems occur whilst using this file we have a team ready to deal with your queries immediately.
Q. Can we include literature or leaflets in packages drop shipped to our customers?
A. Yes, just send over all the information that you want to include within your packages and we will include them in every order we process from your company. There is no extra charge for this; however, we do ask you leave a comment on the orders placed, to remind us.
Q. Can we use the product descriptions used on your site?
A. Yes, just simply copy and paste them directly from our site. Alternatively, you could use our easy populate site to add multiple items at a time.
Q. How often do you add new products?
A. Here at Queensway we spend a lot of time and effort visiting shows around the world to ensure that we distribute only the finest brands around with no room for compromise. For these reasons we will only add a new range when we find one that ticks all of the necessary boxes. However, if any of our existing brands release new products we will be the first to make them available to the UK. We will also let you, our valued customers; know when new products or ranges are added to the site.
Q. Are your prices subject to VAT?

Q. If a product is out of stock when should I expect it to be back in stock and available for me to purchase?
A. We expect all items that are out of stock to be back in stock within a week, some items might take longer. |
